Mark Luttrell - President

Mark Luttrell serves both as President of the Board of Directors and as manager of all of the firm’s construction projects. His responsibilities include field supervision of construction crews, job safety, wage and salary administration, estimating, bid reviews, and cost control. Mark is the Safety Director for the firm. Mark has 35 years experience in the construction industry.   Mark is a certified welder in vertical, flat, and overhead welding.  He has attended Mid Plains Voc-Tech and many classes and seminars regarding construction and OSHA safety.  Mark is a member of the First Lutheran Church. He served on the Board of Directors for the North Platte Ambassadors, and the Board of Directors for the North Platte Home Builders Association, where he has served as a past President.  In 2005 Mark received Builder of the Year from the Nebraska State Home Builders Association.

Dee Dowhower Luttrell - Vice President/Treasurer

Dee Dowhower Luttrell serves both as Vice President-Treasurer of the Board of Directors and Office Manager. She has 9 years experience in Banking, and 24 years experience in the construction industry. She has attended many seminars and courses offered by the Associated General Contractors International and the Nebraska State Home builders Association.  Dee is a member of the First Lutheran Church, and is a current member of the Miss Rodeo Nebraska Association.  She has served as President and Vice President.  She has held all offices of the Community Improvement Committee of the North Platte Chamber of Commerce.  Dee was a 4H horse leader and involved with the Lincoln County High School Rodeo Club, and now spends time with her family, especially the grandkids.

Kayley Luttrell Powell - Corporate Secretary

Kayley Luttrell Powell serves as Corporate Secretary for the Board of Directors for the firm. Kayley has over 6 years experience in office procedures and employee relations. Kayley completed Leadership Lincoln County in 2010-2011. Kayley is a member of the First Lutheran Church. Kayley was involved in 4H and High School Rodeo as a kid.

Galvin Parker - Estimator

B.S., Construction Management, University of Nebraska - Lincoln 1997 Galvin Parker serves as Project Estimator and Coordinator.  He has 25 years experience in residential and commercial construction.  Galvin’s responsibilities include detailed project cost estimating, project materials ordering and acquisition, vendor relations, subcontractor scheduling and project cost control.  He plays a critical role in the analysis and review of change orders and the review of pay applications.  Galvin is a member of the North Platte Jaycees and has served as President and Vice President.  He served as Nebraska Jaycees State President in 2008.                                                                                                                        

Malinda Halsted - Admin Assistant

Associate of Arts Degree, Mid Plains Community College - North Platte, 1990 Malinda Halsted serves as an Administrative Assistant and provides Project Cost Control for the firm.  Malinda has over 22 years of experience in office procedures and accounting.  Her responsibilities include job cost tracking and reporting, account receivables, accounts payable, general ledger and financial statement preparation.  Malinda is active as a leader in the Girl Scouts and has acted as Service Unit Manager for North Platte managing over 40 local Girl Scout Troops, Cub Scout Den leader and Pack Secretary/Treasurer.  Malinda served as a National Guard Family Support Co-Chair where she developed a program for kids of deployed soldiers.

Josh Powell - Project Coordinator

Josh is our Project Coordinator. His responsibilities include change orders, vendor relations, estimating, project materials ordering and acquisition. Josh has over 10 years in the residential and commercial construction. Josh is head of the IT department which handles our website, network and all other technical issues. Josh is our Safety Coordinator and head of office maintenance. He started working for us in 2008. Josh is a member of the First Lutheran Church. He currently is a board member of the North Platte Home Builders Association where he has served as President for the Association. He is the current Treasure for the Nebraska State Home Builders Association.

Tom Benson - Senior superintendent

Tom Benson is our Senior Superintendent. His responsibilities include the erection and framing of structures and the finish of the interior carpentry, within budget, in a timely manner, and with quality craftsmanship. Tom has been in the construction industry for over 30 years.  His experience includes construction management, project management, estimating and sales.  He also has experience as a heavy equipment operator.
