Mark Luttrell

Mark Luttrell is President of Wayne Dowhower Construction. He provides senior construction judgment and helps set company direction with Dee Dowhower Luttrell, while routine operations are led by the Director of Operations.

Mark advises on major bids, contracts, construction risks and difficult project issues. He supports key client and industry relationships, reviews project and staffing matters, and coaches field leaders when his experience is needed.
