QUALITY
DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Our reputation for providing exceptional construction and being a reliable partner is based on our reputation for unsurpassed quality. We believe that quality is planned and built into a project, not inspected during construction. Every member of the project team must be committed to the process.

EXPERT PLANNING IS THE KEY TO QUALITY

Quality control in any project begins with a detailed understanding of our clients' expectations and needs. Ensure your requirements are accurately reflected in the final design of your project by working closely with the design team.

This planning lays the foundation for achieving consistent, measurable results through construction management. We are known for our excellent self-performance, but we also work with subcontractors and suppliers we have thoroughly prequalified to ensure you get the best value in terms of service, price, and schedule for your project.

PUNCHLIST FROM THE BEGINNING

Rather than waiting until a project is substantially complete, Wayne Dowhower Construction begins its punch list right away. Tracking and correcting deficiencies as soon as they are observed ensures that delays are minimized and your certificate of occupancy is obtained on time.

QUALITY MEETINGS AND INSPECTION CHECKLISTS

A Dowhower project superintendent inspects the quality of work on a daily basis and conducts weekly meetings with subcontractors to ensure the quality is up to Dowhower standards. To ensure prompt correction of work, checklists are maintained.

CLOUD-BASED INFORMATION

A cloud-based solution that tracks progress and flags risks. Cloud-based collaboration enables real-time information sharing among owners, designers, architects , engineers, and subcontractors. The result is improved communication, quick resolution of field deficiencies, and long-lasting, high-quality projects.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

The quality process doesn't end with the completion of a project. With a consistent eye on improvement, we evaluate every project, observing lessons learned from every effort.
